About Gena Horiatis

Gena was a happy stay-at-home-mom for over 20 years. Her four children and her husband of over 30 years are her greatest joy. In the summer of 2009, she saw Dean's infomercial. Having two children in college, and one with a wedding planned, Gena knew she needed to find a way to make more money than teaching piano was creating. She ordered the books, joined the Success Academy, attended the seminar series and was mentored by Matt Larson. She completed several deals in her home town of Seattle, making a profit of $55,000 on her first buy, fix and sell. Gena was runner-up in Dean's Send Me Away contest in 2010. As her prize, she and her husband Nick attended the EDGE event. There she heard Ali Safavi talk about his success in Cleveland, Ohio. She returned home with a determination to establish a remote power team in her original home town of Cleveland. Just over a year later, Gena has purchased over a dozen homes in Cleveland using her own profits from real estate, self directed IRA funds and private money. She is in the process of establishing power teams in several other locations. This past May, Gena began teaching Boots on the Ground and One-on-One sessions. She loves giving back the knowledge she has gained and believes anyone, at any time in life, can recreate themselves and be successful in real estate.
