A friend referred her mother to me in regards to her mobile home. The women, Terry has moved out and is living elsewhere. She has paid off the mobile home but owes back taxes. She is continuing to pay the park fees of $345.00 per month. She just wants to get out of the situation. She owes 7000.00 in back taxes. She is going to sign the deed over to me if I pay the back taxes. I will fix it up and rent it or sell it. The comps on 2 bed 1 bath mobile home in this area is $46000.00. its all good

Handing out business cards paying off. A friend called to say her mom is moving out of her mobile home because of unpaid taxes. The mom would rather sell to me than see it lost. She will sell for $1 if she has to. I need to assess worth and taxes owed. Now is the time...go for it

Had a few bad days. Problems at work. Got laid off yesterday, and they didn't have paperwork ready...LOL. Just shows how dysfunctional they are. I have to meet with office today to get paperwork. But going to make the trip worth while. Going to stop by and look at a property. Also going to drive by a few construction sites and stop by to make contacts. Have business cards to hand out.
